CRM Development is the end-to-end build of a sales, service, and customer-data platform that actually fits how your team sells — not how an off-the-shelf vendor thinks your team should sell. We design the workflows, build the data model, integrate the adjacent systems, and ship the result as a system your reps want to open every morning.

What CRM Development Covers

Custom CRM Build

A CRM designed around your real sales, service, and account-management workflows — not retrofitted from someone else’s template. Bespoke objects, relations, and automations that match how your team actually operates.

CRM Configuration & Extensions

On an existing platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho)? We build the custom objects, Apex/Lightning components, flows, and apps you can’t buy off the marketplace — so the platform bends to you, not the other way around.

Data Migration & Integration

ERP, marketing automation, support desk, telephony, billing, data warehouse — we wire the CRM into the systems around it with clean contracts, deduplicated data, and reliable two-way sync instead of export/import cron jobs.

CRM Adoption & Enablement

The best CRM dies if nobody logs into it. We design the UX for speed, build the reports your leaders actually want, and train the team until daily usage is a habit, not an HR conversation.

How We Work

01
Discovery
We shadow real reps, interview managers, and map the current stack — including the spreadsheets and Slack threads that quietly hold the business together. What comes out is the honest process, not the one in the org chart.
02
Design
Data model, object relations, permission boundaries, and core UX flows — all validated with the team who will use the system daily. Clickable prototypes before a single line of CRM config gets written.
03
Build
Parallel tracks: custom platform work or platform configuration, integrations with your ERP / marketing / support stack, and reports that answer the five questions your leadership asks every Monday.
04
Launch
Data migrated and reconciled, users trained, rollout in waves so the sales quarter does not become a chart of a crashing plane. Hypercare window with real humans on call.
05
Evolve
A working CRM is never done. We keep iterating on workflows, permissions, and integrations as your team grows — or hand a clean, documented system to your in-house admin.

Key Deliverables

Tailored Data Model & Workflow

A CRM schema that reflects your actual sales motion — pipeline stages, account hierarchies, deal structures, custom objects — so pipeline reports stop lying in meetings.

Integration Layer

Production-ready connectors to ERP, marketing automation, support, billing, telephony, and your data warehouse. Idempotent, observable, and monitored — not a cron job and a prayer.

Reporting & Dashboards

The four or five reports leadership actually opens: pipeline health, forecast accuracy, rep productivity, churn signals. Built in the CRM, governed by the CRM, with no spreadsheet middleware.

Rollout Kit & Docs

Admin guide, user runbooks, training videos, and a handover so your in-house team can maintain — and extend — the system after we walk away. No tribal knowledge debt.

Business Benefits

Shorter Sales Cycles

Workflow automation, guided selling, and clean data let reps spend time closing instead of updating cells. Teams typically cut sales-cycle length by 30% or more in the first two quarters.

Higher Win Rates

A data model that surfaces the right next action — plus forecasting that leadership trusts — shifts deals from ‘uncertain’ to ‘committed’ faster and with less slippage at quarter-end.

Unified Customer View

Sales, marketing, support, and finance finally look at the same account record. The ‘who called them last?’ Slack thread goes away, and so does the duplicate-record cleanup job.

Stronger Retention

Lifecycle signals flag at-risk accounts before renewal — not after. Customer-success teams work proactively instead of reactively, which compounds into real net-retention gains.

Scalable Operations

New reps, new regions, new product lines plug into an existing system instead of triggering another quarter of ops rework. Rev-ops scales linearly with headcount, not exponentially.

Decisions on Real Data

Forecasts, pipeline, and rep performance come from one governed source — not from four spreadsheets that disagree with each other. Quarterly planning stops being a reconciliation exercise.

Our Extremely Honest FAQ

Should we build custom or configure an existing CRM?

Both are valid — the honest answer depends on your workflows. If your sales motion is close to a textbook B2B funnel, Salesforce/HubSpot configuration will be cheaper and faster. If you sell something the platforms were not designed for (regulated, highly bespoke, asset-heavy), a custom build can be the lower-TCO path. We run a short discovery before recommending either, and we show the math.

Which platforms do you work with?

Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Apex/LWC), HubSpot (Sales, Service, Ops Hub, custom apps), Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SugarCRM. For custom builds we default to Node.js/TypeScript + PostgreSQL with React/Vue front ends, deployed on AWS or Azure.

What about data migration from our legacy CRM?

Migration is part of the engagement, not a side project. We profile the source data, design de-duplication and mapping rules with your team, run test migrations in a staging environment, and only cut over once everyone has signed off. No “mystery data” arriving in production the morning after launch.

How long does a CRM project typically take?

MVP in 8 weeks is realistic for a focused configuration or a tightly-scoped custom build. Full enterprise rollouts — multiple business units, complex integrations, regulated data — run 4 to 9 months. Either way, you get a working system at the end of every phase, not a big bang go-live date.
